Stelina Karava, is a member of the Educational Programs Team at the Heritage Management Organization, where she is responsible for the oversight of the conception and delivery of educational initiatives and the strategic coordination and execution of participant interviews. She holds a BA in Russian Language and Literature, with a specialization in Russian literature, and an MA in Heritage Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business and the University of Kent, UK.
Her professional background includes working as a museum educator and tour guide, with extensive experience in designing and delivering educational programs for cultural institutions. She has also pursued further studies in Art History and Architecture through seminars at renowned institutions such as the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the British Institute of Florence. Passionate about art, architecture, theatre,, photography, travel, music and literature, she brings creativity and a multidisciplinary perspective to her work in heritage education.
