He counsels nonprofit clients through every stage of the organizational lifecycle—from incorporation and obtaining tax-exempt status to complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, major asset transfers, and dissolution.

Cliff has served as HERITΛGE’s legal counsel since 2015, overseeing much of the organization’s compliance and supporting its growth and operations over the past decade.
