A project to protect the Entons A Eyesus monastery, situated on one of Lake Tana’s smallest islands, from wave erosion and ensure a sustainable environment that has received a grant from our Africa Grants Program.

zalyMerveille will map and document the natural and cultural heritage of forest Guinea and showcase it through the creation of a digital platform. To do so it has been awarded a small grant through HERITΛGE’s Small Grants for Africa project, generously funded by the Mellon Foundation’s Humanities in Place program.
