Main Objective
This project, led by Red Rocks Rwanda, aims to preserve and promote Rwandan cultural heritage through the documentation and teaching of traditional culinary and artistic practices. By offering vocational training in culinary arts and craftsmanship to underprivileged youth and women, particularly in rural areas, the initiative empowers individuals with skills for sustainable livelihoods while fostering pride in cultural identity. The project also supports environmental stewardship and responsible tourism, ensuring a holistic approach to community development and cultural preservation.
