The Small Grants component of HerMaP Mexico aims to support organizations, collectives, individuals, and institutions working with cultural heritage in the northern border states of Mexico through small-scale financial support. This part of the program seeks to strengthen the protection, safeguarding, promotion, and sustainable use of local heritage by prioritizing projects with strong local relevance, long-term impact, and capacity-building potential. The grants form part of a broader heritage capacity development framework implemented by HERITΛGE in Mexico.
