Dr Alexandros Papalexandris

Strategic Planning

Alexandros Papalexandris is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Alexandros is an Electrical Engineer (MEng Imperial College) who studied for his MBA and his PhD at AUEB. His research interests lay in the area of Business Strategy and Performance Measurement/Management. Published widely in International Peer Reviewed Journals such as the Journal of Management, Long Range Planning, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Business Research, European Management Journal etc. For some of these journals he is also currently a reviewer. Before academia, Alexandros worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte for 3 years and has since managed several research and consulting projects in several countries for large private and public organizations. Alexander has not only taught strategic planning for heritage management at the Kent-AUEB MA but has also consistently been the convenor of HERITΛGE's Executive Leadership workshop on the subject. Alexandros is an associate of the City & Guilds Association, a member of the Academy of Management, and holds several professional memberships.
