Carmen Thiam is an expert in team management and business development with over twenty years of experience across banking, insurance, and corporate services. Recognized for a leadership style that combines rigor with empathy, she has held senior executive roles within major multinational organizations, building a reputation for transforming teams, strengthening commercial performance, and elevating customer experience. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, sales effectiveness, organizational management, and client relations. Before founding her own firm, Carmen served as Branch Director at HSBC France, where she was responsible for high-net-worth clients and strategic growth initiatives. In 2015, she was honored in Singapore as “Best Performer” of the HSBC France network at the Group’s Global Circle of Excellence. She also played a key role in managing large teams during the rollout of HSBC’s remote banking channels and previously held leadership positions at AXA and Allianz. Later, as Deputy Managing Director of Loc Set in Senegal, a leading industrial and commercial cleaning company, she led more than 900 employees, steering the organization through restructuring, expansion, and preparation for ISO 9001 certification.
