Cliff is one of the most experienced advising philanthropic and nonprofit organizations lawyers, having advised such organizations for more than thirty years. He counsels nonprofit clients through every stage of the corporate life cycle, from incorporating and obtaining tax-exemption, to key corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, major asset transfers, and dissolution. Cliff has been HERITΛGE’s lawyer since 2015 and has been overseeing most of the organization’s compliance since.
