Dimitra Gialesa

Dimitra Gialesa, born in Athens and currently based on the island of Naxos, is an architect engineer specializing in cultural heritage management and monument restoration. She has worked on projects focusing on the conservation and enhancement of historic buildings in collaboration with the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and local Ephorates of Antiquities, gaining substantial experience in managing complex cultural heritage projects and safeguarding the authenticity of the built environment. Within the organization, Dimitra is part of the Regranting Department, contributing to international programs that support heritage initiatives, while she is also actively involved in cross-sectoral activities that promote sustainable development and international cooperation in the field of cultural heritage.
