Katerina Balamoti is a Senior Manager and Project Coordinator, specialized in the field of Culture. Born, raised and educated in Athens (AUEB), she has sought postgraduate studies in the UK (University of Kent) and professional experience in the USA, EU, Iran and Iraq. She has worked for numerous projects worldwide and has been for two years the Representative of the Hellenic Foundation for Culture in Iran. During 2017-2018 Katerina served as the Vice-President of EUNIC Iran cluster, fundraising for and leading 50% of this cluster’s projects. Currently she is working in the position of the Senior Project Coordinator for HerMaP - 5 year Action Plan. The project is led by our organization in partnership with Bozar and Goethe Institut and is partially funded by DG DEVCO (European General Directorate for International Development and Cooperation).
