Project Management is a skill that many take for granted and is often underrated in its importance, but it affects every aspect of our work. The purpose of this intensive 3-day online training therefore, is to show the pathway for running a successful project from inception, through the planning and implementation phases to closure.

For details on the application procedures and available scholarships, see the official announcement of the US-based Heritage Managers workshop here and of the Global workshop here.
